Café Wagner is exceptionally talented!! They designed my daughter's 1st birthday cake, which was beautiful and made exactly as requested. It was so tasty. Working with Café Wagner was a pleasure! Thank you so much for your beautiful creation!! They also designed my son's 3rd Birthday Cake exactly as requested- Thomas the Train- which he ABSOLUTELY loved! He felt so special with his cake, and was so happy- smiling from ear to ear. Again, the cake was delicious!!!!

Nice cafe and tasty things. You sit comfortably and it's modern. Hope it stays in Bitburg for a long time!

We ordered our wedding cake there. It was really tasty and looked good too. Just for the price, I really expected more, also from the size.

Unfortunately we didn't have any good experiences with this cafe. We always loved going to this café for a piece of cake. That's why we decided in November 2019 to order our wedding cake there for April '20. The consultation was very strange / unfriendly and dragged on until we left the cafe. Despite a strange gut feeling, we decided to have a cake from there. It was also strange that we immediately had to pay the entire price of the cake on site. Unfortunately, Corona intervened in February and with it the ban on large celebrations. With a heavy heart we had to cancel everything that had been organized and planned for over a year. Just postponing was out of the question at first, because in April there was no end in sight, neither in Germany nor in the USA. From March onwards we often tried in vain to reach Ms. Wagner in the café to discuss how we should proceed now. After about a month, Ms. Wagner contacted me and only said that she decided that she would not make the cake because it would be pointless if there was no party. But if you keep the order and you wait and see how it goes with Corona. I explained to her the situation that unfortunately we cannot simply postpone the celebration to a new date, as many of the guests are arriving from other countries. She only said unfriendly, if we don't postpone we would have to cancel and then we would only get 50% of the price back in the form of a voucher, her lawyer recommended it to her. ‘‘ Then we talked to several people about whether that was okay. We didn't know how to deal with the situation. There was a lot of money involved, after all. This was not a problem with any other company, be it photographer or catering, together we were always able to find a solution in a friendly manner. We then decided to speak to Ms. Wagner again by phone, unfortunately she was absolutely not prepared to pay us anything back. Then we explained to her again by email that a German / American wedding with many guests from America cannot simply be organized for a new date in an uncertain time. We tried everything to make it fair and uncomplicated. Nothing, no insight and no accommodation from Mrs. Wagner. She only paid us back the full amount after we called on our lawyer. Nobody expected Corona and this is a difficult time for all of us. We absolutely understand that you have to support the local restaurants and shops, but that is only possible together, to find a solution together with the customer in a friendly manner and not to determine unilaterally how it is done. Unfortunately, our business connections are cut forever.
